1. Deputy Managing Director
This position requires a highly experienced individual with a minimum of 20 years of relevant experience, including 10 years in a leadership or executive role. The candidate should hold a master’s degree or equivalent (minimum 16 years of education) in Sciences, Social Sciences, Business Education, Arts or Humanities. A strong understanding of public policy, education reform, and project management, especially related to bilateral and multilateral donor agencies, is essential. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and strategic planning skills.

2. Director (Finance)
Applicants must be Chartered Accountants, ACCA, ACMA, or hold a relevant postgraduate qualification such as MBA Finance, M.Com, or MS in Accounting or Finance. A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management at the managerial level in a medium or large organization is required. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office is necessary along with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

3. Director (Audit)
Candidates for this post should also be Chartered Accountants or possess equivalent degrees in accounting and finance. A minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in audit and financial oversight within a recognized organization is mandatory. Preference will be given to applicants with certifications like CIA or CISA and experience in working with regulations and donor-funded projects.

4. Director (Multiple Domains)
PEF is hiring four directors across various domains. Candidates must have a minimum of 16 years of education in relevant fields and at least 10 years of experience in leadership roles. Those with exposure to education sector management, NGOs, or international donor organizations will be preferred.

5. Additional Director
For this role, applicants need a minimum of 16 years of education and at least 8 years of experience in leadership or administrative positions. The candidate should be well-versed in monitoring and evaluation, strategic planning, and public sector education reform. Competency in using office software and project management tools is essential.

6. Additional Director (Software Developer)
This technical role demands at least 5 years of experience in software development, including 3 years in ERP systems. A degree in Computer Science or IT with proficiency in ASP.Net, MVC, Java, HTML, AJAX, SQL Server, and related technologies is required. Strong analytical skills and prior experience in public or private software houses are also essential.

7. Additional Director (Finance)
Similar to the earlier finance position, this role calls for 10 years of experience in leadership within finance, audit, or budgeting domains. The candidate should be proficient in accounting tools, reporting, and financial management in a medium to large organization. Preference will be given to those with hands-on experience in government or donor-supported projects.
