1. Head of Operations – 01 Post

Qualification Requirements:

A minimum of 16 years of education (Master’s degree or equivalent) in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Social Sciences, or Public Administration.
The degree must be from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.
Candidates holding PMP or relevant certifications will be given due weightage.

Experience Requirements:

At least 12 years of verifiable experience in public/private/international sectors.
A minimum of 3 years experience in Foreign-Aided Development Projects is mandatory.
Should have team leadership, program planning, and system development experience.
Must be well-versed in district education systems, schooling structures, and government procedures in Punjab.
Strong organizational development understanding is preferred.

2. Head of Finance – 01 Post

Qualification Requirements:

Any professional qualification in Finance and Accountancy including but not limited to CA, ACCA, CIMA, ICMA, or an equivalent.

Experience Requirements:

At least 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in the public and/or private sector.
Prior experience in the education sector or with Foreign-Aided Development Projects is preferred.
Familiarity with World Bank financial procedures and the ability to work in a team environment are crucial.

3. Head of Procurement – 01 Post

Qualification Requirements:

A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or Supply Chain Management.
Degree must be from an HEC-recognized foreign or local institution.
Preference for candidates with certifications in procurement management (CIPS, ISM, USA, etc.).

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

4. Head of Construction – 01 Post

At least 3 years in Foreign-Aided Development Projects in civil works.
Must possess knowledge of sustainable and energy-efficient building designs.
