1. Head of Operations – 01 Post
Qualification Requirements:
- A minimum of 16 years of education (Master’s degree or equivalent) in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Social Sciences, or Public Administration.
- The degree must be from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.
- Candidates holding PMP or relevant certifications will be given due weightage.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 12 years of verifiable experience in public/private/international sectors.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Foreign-Aided Development Projects is mandatory.
- Should have team leadership, program planning, and system development experience.
- Must be well-versed in district education systems, schooling structures, and government procedures in Punjab.
- Strong organizational development understanding is preferred.
2. Head of Finance – 01 Post
Qualification Requirements:
- Any professional qualification in Finance and Accountancy including but not limited to CA, ACCA, CIMA, ICMA, or an equivalent.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in the public and/or private sector.
- Prior experience in the education sector or with Foreign-Aided Development Projects is preferred.
- Familiarity with World Bank financial procedures and the ability to work in a team environment are crucial.
3. Head of Procurement – 01 Post
Qualification Requirements:
- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or Supply Chain Management.
- Degree must be from an HEC-recognized foreign or local institution.
- Preference for candidates with certifications in procurement management (CIPS, ISM, USA, etc.).
Experience Requirements:

- At least 3 years in Foreign-Aided Development Projects in civil works.
- Must possess knowledge of sustainable and energy-efficient building designs.
